Dunno if anyone read Life As a Widower? A driver lost control of his car, killed a young mum on the pavement. Her widower wrote a very moving blog.

84 year old driver finally charged with causing death by dangerous driving and assault, strangely:

How - I mean seriously how does this take 18 painful months to get to the point that they decide there's a charge worth pursuing? You could reach that conclusion in days. Days!
