Passed by this morning at 08:35 anticlockwise around The Roundway, heading for Downhills Way.
Bicycle and what I assumed to be the rider on the ground just after the bus stop near Gospatrick Road (between the stop and the junction). There was also a car which had stopped and plenty of people around directing traffic and looking after the person on the ground so I didn't hang around.
