    add couple of cloves of garlic, olive oil and lemon juice, toss liver in marinade,

    very hot grill pan for 30 seconds a side

    eat in pitta or other flatbread with a bit of hummus and/or yohurt, fresh mint and some greens. extra points for extra grilled/roasted veg

    is what i'd do.
