Yoga for cyclists

Greetings folks, Just a quick one to let you know there are a few spaces left on the next YFC course in Elephant starting this Wednesday 11th June (ending 16th July).

The class is 6.15 - 7.45pm and takes place at the Pullens Centre, Iliffe Yard, SE17 3QA. The full course price is £55 for those who have never completed the course (the full 6 weeks) or £45 for those who haven't (not essential to attend the first class).
