eBay and Craigslist finds

was seriously tempted by this Condor Track for 27s, until someone went wild bidding himself up (why do people do that anyway??)

My thought is always "if I can recover it, it's worth it", specially frames that already worn out the paint etc. But I think the price is already beyond reasonable, can someone convince me otherwise as now I got itchy?

I think he was actually fighting someone else who's not shown in the list.
Also you can put a higher bid if you are a current winner, but it won't show rise the actual high bid itself.
You're just saying eBay to automatically re-bid for you up to that new price if someone overbids me.

Based in Twickenham, I could have gone and picked it up myself...but I don't need another bike!!!
