Had some fun at the London Nocturne trying to photograph fast moving subjects for the first time. And apart from simply just getting the smallest shutter speed possible to capture the action, I thought I'd try my hand at following the subject with a slower shutter speed to blur out the background and keep the subject in focus (no idea what this is called, but I imagine its a bread a butter technique for sports photography)
I was using a 30mm lens on my crop sensor so fortunately I wasn't too far from the action.
And just a couple others, I left before the mens elite crit as I was feeling like shit.
^^^Will give that a spin later on, cheers
