Keep your hair on, I'm trying to be helpful. Nerging was a bit heavy handed.
He can say "pristine condition £100" or "no chainrings, a bit scuffed £40" if he wants, but these aren't particularly rare items. It's not like I said I knew the exact cranks and how much they're worth.
You'll get better bang-for-buck from second hand XTs such as Antonios, especially since you don't need to pay a premium to have three 9sp chainrings in good condition.
It's a community, try being nice.
