The black kiwi will come off and stain your trousers when riding.
It looks quite dry so get some Brooks proofide if you can and apply at the top, on the underside and on the edges. It will soak most of it quite quickly so apply again and leave it for a few days in a warm place so it soaks in.
Then put it in a cool place and buff it when it's not oily. See how it look and might to repeat again.
It is not guaranteed that you will have a saddle forever but I think is the best way to start out.
