You're never going to get £400.
You can't post bikes for sale here that are for sale elsewhere. -

I suggest you familiarise yourself with the classified rules.http://www.lfgss.com/thread17652.html#post694751
Could also be a good idea to change the title as it's misleading.
Price drop and a flameproof suit are also a good idea..

This bike is ugly as shit and not worth £350. I'd pay £3.50 max.

if you split i'm interested in the wheels, straps and stem.

why'd you think I'm trying to get rid of this piece of shit...
This is a hand built fixed gear bike that I made last year. All the wheels run perfectly true, tyres have seen little use as they're practically brand new. Crank, chain and sprocket run perfectly clean. The rear wheel this is on there is a flip flop hub so if you want to use the free wheel you can do that. The frame does have some superficial scratches but really they are hardly noticeable when you're riding. Handles amazingly and is very fast on the road and with holdfast straps you'll be glued to the pedals. Saddle is slightly ripped but is perfectly fine. You do have a front brake on there if you need it, and a front light comes with the deal! There is also a Surly tug nut on the back to optimise chain tension.
Parts:
MBK frame 57cm top tube columbus tubing (can't see because of respray)
State bicycle flip-flop rear wheel 700c with 16t sprocket
State bicycle front wheel 700c
Vittoria 700cx23 tyres
Cinelli A1 quill stem
State bicycle pista drop bars
State bicycle saddle
Miche front brake
State bicycle 46t crank
KMC Half link chain
Surly tugnut
Stolen Bike platform pedals
Holdfast straps
Knog strobe front light (4 different modes)
Standard meet at Waterloo station for a pick-up - would rather not post because I want to make sure that this bikes gets into your hands! but I am always open to it if you live a while away.
£350
dibs and all that, money to the forum on selling.
