Home scan yes. I agree on the blue tint, I kinda like it on the top one but it does seem to be on nearly all the images. This is down to the program I scan with. I'm currently just using the scan straight out of Vuescan, usually pulling back on the blue slider slightly.
A better workflow is to scan it raw and run it through ColourPerfect which gives pretty awesome results, no blue tint. I only have the trial version at the minute which adds a grid to the image. When I have the cash I might end up just paying for it.
