The boiler has an anti-Legionnaires feature whereby, twice a day, the tanks are heated to 70-degrees plus. The result is that sometimes the water coming out of our hot taps is dangerously hot.
I'm not a lead merchant but coming from my present background Legionnaires is killed at 55 degrees C. Is there a temperature regulation any where?
btw... Legionnaires Disease is so called due to the first medically recorded outbreak being at an American Legion conference. It came from the convention centre cooling towers (they think) that are part of the aircon / HVAC systems and killed 29 delegates there.
