There was a similar one on the bay (with more scratches though...) and it took 650C.
It's definitely a 700c?
GLWS as too small for me, try the 650 bikes thread too :)

I'm interested. But:
Can you get a headset on there properly? I mean is there enough thread to get the top lock nut on?
And
Can't tell from your pic, but does the front wheel spin freely? 'cos it looks like it's mating with the down tube.

The front wheel its indeed touching the down tube, its a 23c so with a 19/20c should just clear. I will try another headset to see if theres any threads left for a top lock nut, at the moment there isn't any.

still available?
Hi,
For sale I have my Ocelot 531 reynolds tubing measuring 48cm ctc seat tube and 46cm ctc top tube. Its an orange sparkle-ish colour under light. the frame has some light surface rust spots, very light frame and take 700c. no drilling for brakes, takes a 27.2 seatpost, no seatpost boltd but I might have one on my parts bin. comes with a no name headset and bottom bracket. It seems that the steering might have been cut in the past. I have not build the frame due to lack of funds and time. I will also add to the sale a gipiemme headset and a saddle. Im looking for £200 -----> £190---------->£180 -------->£170 posted .
