  • But looking at TP tells me my TSS is too low, while my IF is too high. Or least thats the case for someone training endurance. So having the intensity separate is a big bonus.

    You seem to have developed some great endurance through very few endurance rides, so whatever you're doing on the turbo must be working.

    IF is just a posh term for much and hard you're pressing the pedals in one data-nugget. I'd have thought you'd get something close by measuring the speed-of-increase in HR with a little maths for a figure, or just watching your graphs.

    Freebie Training Peaks wont let me see time-in-zones... so Strava it is for the moment.
