Agreed, def needs different bars - unless of course you find them comfortable...

Almost finished up the bike today. All that remains is the bar tape, which I will be doing first thing tomorrow.
When I was finishing the bike, I stumbled upon an issue that I have yet to resolve properly. The groupset I am using came with a Campy C10 chain. I ordered a KMC quick link, to allow for quicker assembly and disassembly of the chain. In the past KMC quick links have always worked fine for me. In this case however, after fitting the quick link it remained stiff, as if it were too tight for the chain. Luckily I had a KMC quick link Shimano 10 speed lying around that did seem to fit, but I am not confident it will stay in place...

Finally the glamour shots. As you can see the copper is already starting to show a nice bit of oxidation. All that remains now is sorting out the issue with the chain link.

+1. I rather like the black/copper interface of the stem and bars.

The stem's not my cup of tea, but still a lovely looking machine!

Works better than I expected for sure, good work, can't help but think it would look better with a black stem though.

Awesome! Will it slowly turn green?

Thanks for the heads up on the Pedalroom feature! Pretty cool I suppose.
The plating costs around EUR 300, so pretty much the same or less than a quality paint job.
Concerning the plating, at the moment it is actually turning purple is areas. Looks really spectacular.
