Actually I do kind of miss the era of Teenslain and Pistanator weaponing each other off, Max Crowe telling everyone about bikes, DJ being a horrendous cunt, Oliver "Voice of Reason" Schick, and MDCC telling everyone about how physics works.
It was kind of like a really weird niche sitcom.
