Is it OK to call out cyclists encountered while driving?
I was parallel parking 30 minutes ago, and stopped alongside the car in front of "my" space, indicated left, and engaged reverse gear. There were two cars and a cyclist approaching from behind, and no cars approaching from in front. Expecting the cars not to wait, I remained stationary, and the two cars overtook. A couple of seconds later, the cyclist chose to pass me on the left, blithely passing between me and the space I was clearly intending to occupy, his beard wiffling gently in the breeze.
As it happens, there was no danger, because I was watching the whole thing, agog. But he didn't know that, the gormless twonk.
