I do.
And it's the same reasoning I've always shown in trying to not only give people the chance to change, and always based optimistically on the idea of future contributions to the community.
If I'd perma-banned people when they'd first (or repeatedly) given me a chance to do so, we'd have far fewer people here now and far fewer things would've happened that have been fun, cool, etc.
I dunno, I quite like having a belief in the ability of people to rehabilitate and move forwards rather than just be highly repetitive.
Of course, I do permaban when people really go out of their way to prove my beliefs are badly founded in their case.
