i've sold a few things here locally before so hadn't thought it a problem,
I've been to London before - and back- so i thought i was possible to do the journey the other way too, obviously there's some rules about leaving London i'm not aware of.
regarding the dibs, in my experience they're used to prevent me selling freely (asking me to make a commitment with no-counter commitment ), whilst questions are asked and then no 'un-dibs' happens after that person has decided they don't want it. - meanwhile serious bidders are passing by. basically a waste of time and off-putting to later viewers

as for the hater comments................................
I'm convinced that this is an issue the poster has about something else and that my listing has temporarily substituted as a target for the expression of some unmet needs.
The behaviour shows some classic hall marks of this:
the disproportionate level of response
sense of entitlement
territorial provincial-centric thinking
need to find a 'soft' target (for eg. i doubt very much this person would say this to my face)
need to create drama
as to the aetiology of this condition, i'll speculate perhaps it's due to some unresolved life stage, (mostly likely anal)
i can't take them personally/seriously, i'm way beyond that. - to be honest i feel sorry/embarrassed for them in freely showing they've such an impoverished set of behavioural responses that they need to take this perverted route as an attempt toget some sort of unspecified needs met. it's kind of damaged
