Before this creates any more misunderstandings allow me to clarify this matter, we have never enforced ‘price fixing’ to any of its resellers. We have never discussed or agreed any retail prices with Wiggle and Wiggle has always been free to set the retail price it sells our product to its customers. We were clumsily making the point that Wiggle is a good distribution outlet for our brand and that other retails should not consider Wiggle in a negative light. Wiggle has never discussed retail price setting with us and any implication that it might have done so is erroneous, for which we apologise to all of you.

No misunderstandings here Dani, you blatantly admitted that you price fix.Its funny how it took you 24 hours to post your bullshit explanation/apology,but you or somebody from your company only about 5min to contact bike biz to make the damning paragraph vanish.

It's perfectly understandable, it has taken that long for him to recover from the handbagging he received from Wiggle's lawyers.

"they and every other retailer working with us are forbidden from discounting"
Vs
"Wiggle has always been free to set the retail price it sells our product to its customers"
I can't make these two statements work together, I must be very stupid.

I think we all owe it to Dani to continue improving his wikipedia page, as it still has that scary warning at the top suggesting that it might not yet be up to acceptable standards.

*Controversy[edit]
In January 2014 it came to light that many users of Foffa bikes had returned them with complaints about odours being emitted by the tyres when doing super rad skids.
In an interview from May 2014 Dani Foffa admitted to prohibiting resellers from discounting[3] his bikes, in breach of UK and EU price fixing laws
*well played :)

I have no doubt Dani will accuse LFGSS of the edits(which in itself would be a defamatory statement). Not exactly sure why he has edited it to say "inexpensive" when the better part of 400 notes isn't exactly halfords special or even entry level money for a bike.

Doubt that was him. He has his name on his account. Apart from the skids part the current article is accurate and neutral. In fact it's slightly bias towards foffa because it doesn't highlight the inferior quality and reaction from the initial phase of his sales.
OMG Chris
He doesn't use a gun to shoot himself in the foot he uses a bazooka !!
