Yeah it's a pretty strange set up for a 'race'. As it's barely a km of cycling and a bunch of running either side I'm just going in trainers and flat pedals. Besides I should be out of the saddle mashing it like it's a sprint anyhow.
I'll be practicing my CX remount in the car park over the next two lunch breaks. Imma do it like a boss for all the muddy brethren.
