Well there are, I would think 2 points to consider.
If he stays out of England then I believe we will not make a move for him. We will benefit from a sell on percentage and it is true he is not an essential signing for us.
If he were to be the subject of a concrete bid from an English team then I think we would activate the right to sign him for £25m - so right now, I think there is a lot of paper talk but very little solid movement from clubs in regards to Cesc.
If the above did not happen, I would be surprised but also fucking pissed off.
