THE Landlord and the Tenant hereby agree that either party may give two months notice in writing after the first four months of their intention to determine [sic] this tenancy at the expiry of the first six months period or any time thereafter

This is the break clause on our agreement.

Date of agreement is 29th.

Say I handed in notice now what date would I put and when do I stop rent?
