Yeah that was all outside the house ^^
Judging from the calls I have been making since a couple of days Hiscox seems to have the best customer service.
The most lol call was from these cunts: https://www.onecalldirect.co.uk/ They basically read the terms and conditions really fast like at the end of the advert on the phone.
