Swapped the forks out on the Karate Monkey for an ECR fork, it's the same height with a touch more rake and lots more eyelets for stuff. Stuck a set of XTR levers on too and recabled with compression-less housing. Popped a borrowed Brooks Cambrium as a finishing touch and went out for a weekend in the Peak District:
Brakes feel much better but there was a lot of screaching from one of them, the stock bars still feel too narrow. Tempted to try some Jones bars, or possibly even a set of Woodchippers I picked up a few weeks ago. The saddle was excellent and I'll be picking a couple up as soon as finances allow.
