No training involved, I just like riding. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower. Sometimes solo, sometimes in a group.
It was nice to do all the things on this ride. Enjoyed pushing myself earlier for an extended period, then easing off and enjoying the countryside after lunch and finally cruising along and enjoying chatting to everyone else. Was a fun day in the saddle.
