Merckx cycling jacket. Helpfully sized as a 4 on a scale I cannot imagine. It's at least a large, pushing extra-large. If you know my size and fancy yourself a little bigger it'll be ideal, but if not its measurements are;
Pit to pit - 60 cm.
Total length - 76 cm.
Partially woolen lined inside, with breathable, stretchy fabric at the back and 2 zipped pockets to the rear. It was washed yesterday and bar a tiny grease stain near the zip, it's in excellent condition. I'm happy for anyone interested to try on for size before they buy, or I can take more measurements if required.
SOLD
Nitto RB-010 (36 cm) wrapped in Benotto tape on a GB Biba stem.
Bars were bought brand new and are immaculate under the tape, itself also fitted new (but with a few dirt-marks commensurate with use, but no rips). Stem was purchased NOS and remains excellent above the minimum insertion level, although from being slammed there's a slightly rough edge right at the top of the shaft, which is not that visible given its position. 25.4 clamp, 9 cm extension. I'd prefer to sell as a bundle.
SOLD
Right hand Tektro lever to a Condor branded medium-drop caliper. Comes with enough cable to clear a 20 cm headtube, so plenty long enough for most frames.
SOLD
Black Concor. Logos slightly faded but still very good, as is the saddle overall. There's an indentation on the top caused by I don't know what which hasn't punctured and the usual scuffs to the rear from leaning, but no splits. Rails are in excellent condition.
SOLD
3T pista. NDS logo is in worse nick the the DS, but still 95% visible. Rear logo is perfect (I forgot to take photos of them but can do). Very attractive and desirable saddle that I have no use for any longer, even though I have both attributes to spare. Again scuffs but no tears. Rails a bit grimy.
£40£35£30
Stripped SLR. Couple of scratches to the rear but no cracks. Very good rails.
SOLD
Prototype Japanese polycarbonate Concor lookalike. Transparent(ish), like me. Bought for novelty but the fancy never took. Pretty much perfect all over, rails included. I had to remove the additional photos as per the above as I'd exceeded the amount allowed in a thread.
£18£15£12
Fluted SR Laprade 27.2 seatpost. 25 cm total length. A few marks but still very presentable.
SOLD
1/8" 18T VeloSolo cog. Has done however many miles result in teeth looking as they do. Still has plenty of life left, as we like to say round these parts.
£8£6
1/8" 16T Shimano freewheel. Good quality and condition.
£10
All pedals are for Look cleats. Clockwise from top left.
1 - Model PP206, bought NOS but used for barely 100 miles. The sides and undersides are quite scuffed, more so on the left than the right. Although I've not photographed them I can do. I was never impressed with the tension though, which lags well behind that of the clapped-out Deltas. The left pedal screw has been rounded out in my despair to get them to clip me in as strongly as I prefer, although the right still works. It makes little to no difference the left pedal not being able to be changed, as the scale of tension adjustment is minimal to say the least. That put me off these altogether for fixed riding. However if you like mild effort to release or want to use them as road pedals as intended, they're fine. Perfect bearings and much lighter than the assortment below.
£18£15£12
2 - Red Deltas. Tatty to the sides but functional, although again the left tension adjustment is shot - for all I know the tension is maxed right up - I've not used them for ages so can't remember and cannot check either, as I no longer use these cleats. If indeed it's stuck on maximum and the buyer doesn't like it being so, I have no problem in them being returned and refunded. The right pedal is fine. Float adjustment never seemed to change much. Very good bearings.
SOLD
3 - Yellow Deltas. In worse cosmetic shape than the red but both tension screws work. Right bearing a bit gritty but still spins. The left is very good.
£6
4 - Silver Deltas. Good bearings and both tension screws work, but no float adjustment. Bought from a LMNH jumble and never used by me.
SOLD
Dibs on the thread followed by a PM please. Collection from Ladbroke Grove or I can meet within reason. Sorry, no posting.
