    Hoping that these spesh ones do the trick. I get v painful balls of my feet after 50-70 miles depending on thickness of socks. Putting it down to 2 things:
    Padding, naturally
    Lack of arch support (I have high arches) forcing increased weight on to balls (euph intended)

    If these don't work, I'll look at other (more expensive) options. I figure it has got to be worth it to reduce the pain (in my balls).

    These things worked a treat. Did 80 pain free miles on Saturday. Took a few miles to adjust to and got slightly numb toes for a bit but that cleared up in short order. Excellent purchase.
