Seriously, I adopted a set of these, when I moved in with my wife, they are bloody great, and as sharp as hell, from (my) day 1. they haven't needed sharpening,.
best for fruit, or cutting small meats, bread rolls etc..
actually, anything that a 3-4 inch blade needs to cope with.
BTW. The red handled version.
