Goddam I love this bike!!
Got abt 3.5k on her now, everything dialled in nicely. Points to note:
The instructions on the HYRD discs are awful! Took me ages to work out out there was a 2.5mm alan behind the reservoir that dials in the lever pull distance. Once I worked that out the brakes came alive.
This bike descends beautifully. Combination of archetypes and slightly longer chain stays makes it amazingly poised. Again it took a while, but once I found my perfect pressure for the conti 4seasons it really made a difference (95/108, front/back).
The enve fork is awesome, light, stiff and inspires confidence but I wish it had a little more clearance. I'd love to be able to put on some 30mm tyres for some of the rougher roads out here.

Off to Taiwan in August for a weeks fast touring and china to rise around Qinghai Lake in 2 weeks. If the last 4 months are anything to go by this bike will bring many many years of joy...
