My last build (2-3 months back) I used CX-Ray and Aerolite laced 32h/28h 3x to Archetypes, but already starting to plan the next lot!
Need to put in some more miles on the current 'good' wheels to get the feel of them properly first, but from the little I've managed, they feel good, certainly an improvement on my WTB 29er/Sapim Race/Novatec D711+712 32h 3x everyday wheels.
But am I right in thinking that substantially stiffer rims, say 38/50mm carbon, can get away with fewer/lighter spokes and still feel as stiff as a more flexible rim with more/stiffer spokes?
