The only planning application I can find under 'Mitchison Road' is this one, from 2007, with the ambition of raising the playground by 1.5 metres--but that permission would have expired by now.

There may well be an application under a different address in the system somewhere, perhaps as the surrounding estate, although I think every estate should have a street address.
