Hundred things you could swap out depending on taste.
Saddle is not bad. I actually tipped mine up the other day and it is now rubbing my gooch a bit too much.
I shall return it to as above.
All music is noise, which I guess makes this thread redundant.
Not that I like the biek mind. Stop me if Im wrong?

aesthetically wise, what is my bike missing to be porn worthy?http://i.imgur.com/2saz6J7.jpg
shame to build just to for porn rather than ride, but
I would change the gruppo for 2nd gen super record , get a black stem with colnago panto in white, and a fluted seatpost filled in with black, then it could be a saronni replica
I saw the same frame with chrome ht lugging the other day, think vendor was expecting ebay.com dough for it
I was told it was a Mexico, but as far as I'm aware there are 3 Mexico,s and this with the crimped stays is actually a super, here is an interesting thread on velobase re the ambiguity

thanks everyone, very helpful tips. Toe straps, daycent cage, white tape, Concor saddle & stem will be the first things on the list. I ain't buildin' it for porn but just feel they're is something missing ya know? It's def a Nuovo Mexico from 1983 btw. I think downtube shifters and nice hoods will make a big difference, not mad on the ergo shifters tbh.

There is a lot of seatpost and a huge amount of stem out of the headtube. Is the frame too small?
All this needs to be in Current Projects though. Not here.

I was referring to Patfatenough's Tommasini.

I don't think that's his, I think he just posted that. His is the Colnago in the link.

Ok. I missed the link.

I hate seeing mostly black bikes photographed against black backgrounds, it just doesn't make any sense.

^ that's a rare, good example of black bike on black background though.

It's not a nuovo mexico as far as I can tell btw
the Nuovo has 4 crimps on the dt and one on the tt ,and no crimps inside the chain stays, as far as I can tell yours has one crimp on dt and one on tt, and inside the chain stays
just had 3.5 hrs on my Nuovo this afternoon in prep for a retro ride
I'd consider changing the rims also, rigida are french
here's mine in the cp thread in the posted here in the interest of science , not a readers wife tip

Inspiration for re-build of CAAD10. What do you think he did with those Exogram cranks? Chainrings are usually grey. Rubbed them with something? Looks much better.

Took them off a Force 22 crankset by the looks of it

^^ I find the neatness of the saddle pack very pleasing.
