Thanks for sharing - I'm still in a mess of spoking them wheels. I pretty much got my head sorted for Sapim Laser, but then I read they are not recommended for disc-wheel (I consider the forces of brakeless fixedgear riding to mimic the same forces as a disc wheel, though with less amount&frequentality) - so I got spo[o]ked from the Sapim Laser (elliptical profile is enough aero for me on a short spoke in the 241mm range for me).
But your post made me smell blood, where can I find the DT Aero Comp in the 241mm range? - silver preferred.
