Thanks! Ive never rattlecanned a frame before, lucky i had a good covered area to hang it from. I sanded back to aluminum, primed and sanded right back once, primed 2 more times, 2 or 3 (cant remember) coats of pink and 2 of clear on top of the decals.. being careful to do thin coats to avoid runs. thankfully i avoided any of those & it has turned out smooth and shiny in some areas and a little rougher in others, i don't really mind the rougher bits as i only spent $40 on paint & about $250 in total on the reno. The levers taking 3 weeks to arrive was probably a blessing as it was able to sit for that time without cranking any components on tight allowing the paint to properly dry. You can kind of see the finish in the previous posts ^up there but i will make a few adjustments to position as well as both derailleurs and take better photos next time i take it out. Heavy rain was looming yesterday so i just did a quick 40k to get the feel for it, didn't stop for long to take pictures! next time :)
