The new Dogma looks like any other Chinese open mould no-name frame

Jaguar gave TWR the money to build, develop and run the car, but TWR was a separate company. The engine in the XJR-15 pictured wasn't even a Jag engine - it was a Ford/Cosworth unit. Anyway, back to bikes...
