Sorry, I had an upload failure last night.
I ll put new pictures up tomorrow.
In terms of size I'd say its comparable with a Medium or a 52cm Cross check. Currently using a 9cm stem- but good with 10 or am 11
I have other bars and parts you might want to use as well.. I am , btw, 5ft 8ish... -

Well, every one who expressed an interest has dropped out- so if there are no further offers it will go else where.
This is a classic 531 st touring bike rebuilt with period appropriate equipment. It works as a piece.
If Ed Scoble built a bike he'd build this....
It's pretty much tour ready- I have other stems and bars etc if you want to change the position.
Viewing this saturday afternoon...

British Eagle Touristique- circa 1990. The frame is all 531st with elegant forks and braze ons for low riders. Comparable to the Super Galaxy but a much nicer ride and , I think , rather faster. All in all a classic 531 Tourer and a possible Eroica bike. Drop outs are horizontal
TT 55cm C - C
Seat tube 21" C to top. Happy to check
Rebuilt , refurbished and resprayed in 2012- Parts are all NOS, Suntour gears, MA40 rims, Campag Hubs, Simplex retrofriction levers,ITM bars & stem. The rear hub is threaded and there's a 7 speed block on it.
The chain set is a triple, 48,38,28 Stronglight Impact.

Looking for £275 and I 'd rather not split. The bike is in E10.
