Ever since I saw this I thought it must be totally useless. If not totally, then mostly useless anyway, it'll still spray all the water on whoever's behind and it doesn't protect the brakes at all. Considering that, the Design Museum award was just bizarre.
It'd be much better if I'm wrong.
