Cool frame.
Those locks suck no matter how you apply them.

In the description they say this is made of Oria tubing, but the stickers says only Pinarello Dolmen.
Is this a rebranding of Columbus Max?

I don't think so, it doesn't taper like any MAX I've seen.

Yeah, the top tube looks weird where it goes narrow on the headtube lug...

reynolds speedstream ?
those tubes are ovalised in the middle right ? or is it my eyes ?yep they are ovalised, but if they are not Max they must be some Oria or Deda, Pina never used Reynolds as long as I know, but I saw some late Prologos made on Max tubing, that's why I was asking :)

Looks very similar to a Speedstream frame I had, the seat-stays in particular, although they're rounded on the Pinarello rather than sharply rectangular. Downtube looks nothing like it though, plus I can't imagine them using such a tubing in the first place.

Carabo has a Prologo in Max tubing, but looks slightly different, now I'd say this is just a Pinarello Dolmen (dedacciai) maybe tapered a little...

possible oria KK

The tube could have been shaped in-house: I've got a Simoncini made from Oria ML34, that they flattened in the middle to give an oval, faux-aero shape.
Also a lugged build: I think Speedstream is lugless only.

'Among the framebuilders that used Oria are Guerciotti, Tommasini, Montagner, Olmo, Dancelli, Daccordi, Ciocc and Pinarello (began to first use Oria tubing in 1993 according to Fausto Pinarello). And, some others I imagine.'

Even the magic of Max struggles to redeem that build...
-
• #397
Saddle aside there's nothing wrong with that
-
• #398
looks like a gangsta track build with max tubing
-
• #399
Not sure if seat stays are max ..
Didnt indra want something similar before gangsta?

Would love to see that with compacts and hoods.
Shit photo, but...
Australian built Brian Hayes Euro Sport. So fucking nice. The frame, not the build.
As for the locking technique, this is Adelaide and that's more than sufficient for a courier.
