And when it becomes possible to order a car on your mobile, have one turn up, and drive you somewhere whilst you have the privacy of the car to yourself... then it replaces car ownership.

Far more than 90% of a car's life is spent parked, on a road or driveway. This has the potential of not just being a safer vehicle around town, but it has the potential to wipe out car ownership as a concept and making streets far more spacious as a result.

It is far more revolutionary than just a car that is predictable and safer.

No doubt car makers will be drugging people and pushing them under robocars in order to have the autonomous vehicles deemed unsafe so the status quo can be kept.
