Wanted: Quality Wheelset for long rides, touring

What kind of money?
Have new set of Shimano Dura Ace 7800 built onto DT swiss R.1.1, 32 spoke 3 cross pattern & includes new 10 speed 105 cassette (12-27)
Cost silly money but have just bought 11 speed gear so no longer required.

I'm not familiar with DT rims for touring how do they measure in terms of quality?
