The top half is synthetic mesh.
It looks awesome. But lets face it. Usually you can layer a long, short, sleeveless base layer, all of various thickness, and of various materials. So its far less clever than standard bibs really.
Except if its summer weight bibshort weather for me. Its nearly always short sleeved synthetic mesh base layer weather. So it'd work great.
