^^ you'd be going from 42mm to 46mm, if you do decide to bore out, it depends how much material is there.
I don't know if there is such a thing but if you could get it re-reamed to the right size, so where it's fine, no metal will be taken, but where there is bits sticking out or whatever then they can be shaved off.
