Cable hanger, canti hanger? I just know them by sight but the pics I got are from a google search for canti hanger.
I would try play around with the existing one to get it working. One of the issues with the hangers like that is gravity is against them so if they work loose they then want to spin to the side a bit. Ideally you want to find one like the green bikes one so it has that bit poking slightly under the middle of the forks(and so stopping it turning) or keep the existing hanger and have both together.
