I actually have a set of Cannondale Hollowgram cranks which run on a 30mm spindle that I like and want to use, with a BB30 frame, but there just doesn't seem to be a solution that doesn't include conversion to a smaller spindle.
The Praxis and BBinfinite solutions could be applied to a BB30-to-30mm spindle in keeping the bearings aligned by means of a connecting tube, but I doubt there's much that could be done, outside of getting the BB bored, to keep the tolerances tight without the ovalisation with which some BB's suffer from.
Maybe boring the BB30 out to a PF30 instead would give me more options...
