the seatpost has seized in the seat tube, it cant be removed or adjusted.

yes, bummer, that's what I thought. might be a bit high for me.

To what extent have you tried taking the seatpost out? Just want to gauge how hard it's going to be to take it out. Also, vertical dropouts?

It was out about a month ago. Not a caustic soda job If that's what you mean. She just needs a good bit of man handling
