Green Karrimor pannier set. Good used condition. Inner plastic structure bit on one of panniers is cracked but never caused a problem for me.
I would say they were water resistant rather than waterproof and will look awesome on any retro build and carry enough for a self suffifient trip. (Obvs tent and sleeping bag might need to go elsewhere.)
