• im sorry mate i dont know loads about bikes (yet) so im finding it hard to recognise what exactly you are referring to in the pictures?

What you want explaining?.....st=seat tube tt= top tube

c2c=centre of a tube to centre of another.....for ST...centre of bottom bracket [bb] shell to centre of where ST and TT meet in cm

C2t=centre to top is centre of bb shell to top of seat tube

c2c for tt is centre of seat tube/TT junction to centre of TT/headtube junction.....these are standard measurements.

lugs are used to help connect tubes during brazing in many steel frames....these are cut out to make them a tad lighter.....this was done by hand.

drop outs are the things that the wheel hubs go into....at the extremities of the forks and rear triangle.....Campag is Campagnolo from Italy....who made possibly the best.....widely regarded as such.

So making it simple......seat tube is 53cm.....top tube is 53cm.....hope that helps.....my apologies if this seems complicated,,,,my bad!
