I take Dave Clarke in full flow over Mills, but funny how he tossed Strings Of Life aside like a gristly chicken leg once done with it.
In terms of raw energy/variation Live At The Liquid Rooms has nothing on Clarke's 1994 Essential Mix so far as I'm concerned, but The Advent's Bad Boy from the Mills mix is a pure slammer.

Mills at Rave Explosion in Belgium
"JEFF MILLS 1993 " Rave Explosion Belgium - YouTube
I used to have a tape of this set, he starts with UR's Amazon, one of my favourite techno tracks, but cuts out of it before the intro has even completed. I counting the tracks played and on one side of a C90 tape, he got through over 50 records. Friends were there at the party, he was loading records into the waistband of his trousers and stacking 2 or 3 records on top of each other on the decks to enable the quick transitions.
Watch out for the bronze dubplate of "The Bells"

^^It's definitely impressive to have the speed of thought and technique to cue up tracks so quickly and in the right place before modern technology made it easier, but the effect leaves me cold ultimately.
The last time I heard Mills was at The End where, for these ears, Anderson Noise wiped the floor with him - all the rapid cutting between tracks interrupted whatever dancing flow I thought I might have. After a while it became annoying - I think there's enough drama in well sequenced music itself, which in one of his sets gets suffocated or stopped altogether.

It's a big one, definitely on the sunday and considering the Carl Craig night. The venue is an interesting one, cool space minimal fluff and a stack of F1s on each corner last time.
