From testing on my rims, which have this basalt surface which eats pads somewhat.
Zipp Cork > Black Prince > Reynolds blue > Swissstop yellow.
I am poor so ended buying some cheap AZ from Evans. I'll report back, but if they're shit I'll probably go black Prince. The zipp pads are horribly expensive.
