is the frame itself 120mm?
If so I have exactly what youre after except it's a 27" rim which for an older frame should be fine with std drop brakes
Wolber Super Champion Modele 58 rim. Campagnolo Nuovo tipo 'pepperpot' screw on hub with an actual 119mm OLN. 36 stainless steel spokes.
Really nice wheel, braking surface in good order, no dings. Internal im width is 16mm so good up to a 32mm tyre no problem.
I'm after £53 with insured postage
BTW I wouldn't advise spreading an older 120mm frame to 130..
